HAAAA - I am rested and back!

So, today is a workout that should of gone in last weeks rotation, but there was not enough days in the week.

"Badger"

3 rounds of

30 squat cleans 42.5kg
30 pull ups
800m run

This WOD was named after Navy Chief Special Warfare Operator Mark T. Carter

Also, gives me a chance to work on my amazing squat cleans I learned this weekend - ha amazing - good joke!

NNNNOOOOOOO!!!!!!! where is the leprachun workout. Is the clean's going to include leprachun as a weight's on each side.

Maui BBCF reporting in, Yesterday a 2 hour run followed by 50 barbell complex for time. 8:40 for me and 9:41 for nancy.

1:50 walk with 100 burpees for time this evening

Soooo, I was taking this week off - only strength training - then I did Badger...

OK, so someone needs to start holding me accountable for my days "off".

Obviousally, I can not control myslef, and realized on the first 800m run (as I told Hutch) should of rested.

Well, got the WOD done in 34mins with 30kg, and suffered the entire time.

Is there an over training CrossFit group? If not maybe I should start it... So, if any of you see me going to do the WOD this week - please slap me. I can do strength, just no WOD's!!!
